We have been PIAH clients for nearly a decade, and our experience has been nothing but positive. The staff -- from the front desk personnel to the techs to the vets themselves -- are among the best we've encountered...friendly, compassionate, and caring. They've worked with us on numerous occasions to fit us in in a pinch, respond to after-hours calls, and, during one momentous week when three of our four dogs needed significant medical attention, arranged payment plans for us. We've often received calls at 7:30 or 8 at night, long after the "day" has ended, to update us on test results or how one of our critters is doing. The new facilities (constructed in 2010) are top-notch. Very grateful for the dedicated, compassionate care we (and our animals) have received at PIAH.
