This place must be under new management. Worst, worst, worst customer service ever. If you can find another phone service run from these liars. Complete disrespect for their clientele. A lobby full of people waiting, and only three employees attending customers. Waits of one to two hours right there inside the place. Make an appointment? Ha! Don't bother. When you show up you will still be waiting. And waiting. And waiting. And then it's paying. And paying. And paying. Morons with a real vacancy in their thinking about their clients. Count me and mine as "former clients". We've had enough of their insulting behaviorisms. Run, and run fast. Go buy a tracphone.
