If they finally decide to update the decor & upgrade their offerings, I would give them at least one more star especially if they don't raise their prices or even if they raise it by a dollar or two.

Decent sushi. Ok Chineese food. Nice atmosphere.
Sushi is a 5 star, made fresh upon order. The Chinese buffet is...well, a buffet. They do offer a full menu and the food is great off the menu. Back to sushi though, it is considered anung the best you'll find anywhere.
The decor was the typical outdated worn-out carpets, plastic plants, tacky decorations & super cheap cutlery,.. but the place was clean & the staff friendly enough.
