Exceptionally nice and quiet State Park and campground. General parking for about 30-40 vehicles for walking, hiking, and boating access. About 30 large tent/RV sites, some with handicapped access. Coin operated hot showers available, running water, and toilet facilities. Open year-round with trails groomed for X-country skiing or snow shoeing.
Beautiful park. Was just there this past weekend. The only complaint I have is the dog poop all over the place, even on the walking paths. I just wanted to walk through, not dodge dog poop every ten steps.
Awesome new trails have been added. A great place for the whole family. Camping, hiking, swimming and boating available. Very well maintained.
