Return desk busy, no floor help. Store not staffed properly . Took forever to find help. No wonder to me, why they are closing this store. Totally mis-managed.
The service was appreciated. We had an appointment at the Salon for my son's haircut. They were very accommodating as we were early. They took us right in on a very busy Saturday.
It is an OK store. My wife got her hair cut at the JCP Salon
For a small store, they had a good selection and kept prices down. Discounts definitely up to JC Penney standard. Wish there was more check out spots.
