Very inconsiderate of customers. Cancelled all flights on Thanksgiving day, right before each flight, giving no notice to make alternate plans. Reason was weather, however there was just no staff available to clean a thin sheet of ice from the runway caused by a dusting of snow the day prior. It was a sunny day on Thanksgiving when they cancelled! Conveniently, PenAir doesnt issue refunds if weather related. Will never fly to or from here again! Dont make plans around this place!
It's a very small airport with no dining options. The rental car desks have very limited hours. The staff was very helpful and courteous when there was a maintenance problem with the plane which caused a cancellation. The flight the next morning got out on time despite being in the middle of a snowstorm.
Very nice and courteous staff. Held the plane for us when we were running late. Lovely little place!
Penn Air is sub par! Can't connect luggage on other carriers. Oh and when you do get to Logan you wait an hour to get your luggage just to check it back in another airlines. Ridiculous!
